Tips for Steeping White Teas
- White Teas are delicate so less heat and more tea- about 2 teaspoons per cup of 175 degree water.
- White Teas can gently steep for 8-15 minutes with multiple infusions
- Full leaves mean White Teas are best steep in vessels with lots of room- and not a good candidate for tea bags!

Summer White Tea is a blend of organic White Peony tea with a light dash of hibiscus and peppermint. White Peony (Pai Mu Tan or Bai Mu Dan) is picked in the Spring in Fujian Province.
